These terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for the use of ARAB FIT. By accessing the service you accept these terms in full. You may not use ARAB FIT if you do not accept all the terms and conditions set forth on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, and all agreements: "Customer", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person logging on to this App, and who will abide by the Terms and Conditions. "Us", "We", "Our" and "Our", refers to our company. "Party", "Parties" or "We", refers to both the customer and ourselves. All terms and conditions refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to carry out the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner to meet the Customer's needs concerning the provision of the specified Company services by and subject to applicable law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in singular, plural, capital and/or he or she, are considered interchangeable and therefore constitute a reference to the same.
Conditions of participationTo use the ARAB FIT App and open an account, you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
If you are under 18 years of age, you agree to review these Terms of Use with your parents or guardians to ensure that you and your parents or guardians understand and agree to these Terms of Use. You agree that your parents or guardian have read these Terms of Use and accept them on your behalf. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you agree to these Terms of Use for the benefit of a person under the age of 18, you agree to assume full responsibility for that child's use of the Services, including any financial fees and legal liability that may be incurred by that child By using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions stated here. If you do not agree with these terms of use, you may not use this website. By using this site, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or that you are using this service under the supervision of a parent or guardian and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.
Membership SubscriptionsARAB FIT offers premium membership subscriptions that give you access to additional features such as ready-made plans, extras, all exercises and ads removal, etc, monthly and annual subscription options. Payment will be charged to the appropriate iTunes account or Android account when the purchase is confirmed. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in the "Manage Subscriptions" section of your account settings. You must cancel them at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Payment methodsIf you purchase ARAB FIT services for a fee via in-app purchases, the respective App Store provider will charge you for the costs. Please check with this provider to find out what payment options are available. If we incur costs and/or expenses because a payment is rejected and this is your fault (e.g. because the account does not have sufficient funds or the credit card limit has already been exhausted), we are entitled to charge you for the costs and/or expenses incurred.
CopyrightThe source codes, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and information ("Content") contained in our products and services are the intellectual property of ARAB FIT and are protected by copyright law. We own and retain all rights to the Content and Services of ARAB FIT. You may not do so:
- publish material from ARARB FIT App
- Sale, rental or sublicensing of material from ARAB FIT App
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from ARAB FIT App
- Distribute contents from ARAB FIT
This Agreement shall commence on the date of this Agreement.
Removing links from our appIf you find a link on our app that is offensive for any reason, you can always contact us and let us know. We will consider requests to remove links but are not obliged to respond to you directly.
We do not represent that the information on this site is accurate, we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy, nor do we promise that the site will remain available or that the material on the site will be kept up to date.
Changes to the Terms of Use and/or ServicesThe Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the Services or to amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. If the Company changes the Terms of Use, the Company will update this posting on the Site to reflect the effective date of the new version of the Terms of Use. Liability as regards content.
We are not responsible for the content that appears on your app. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from your website. No links may appear on a website that may be interpreted as defamatory, obscene or criminal, or that infringes, otherwise violate or advocate the rights of any third party.
Limitation of liabilityIn no event shall ARAB FIT be liable for any damages (including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages):
- Access to the Service or the inability to access the Service;
- conduct, content, information or data of third parties;
- personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from your access to and/or use of (or inability to access and use) the Service, including, without limitation, the publication of private content or damage to your computer or software or information stored on it;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of the Exercise Services and/or any personal, private and/or other information stored therein
We do not offer refunds for programs purchased in part through a monthly subscription or in full for either of the two available subscription plans. You can only cancel your subscription before the End of the trial period in the case of a free trial, otherwise, you will be charged for the following Thank you for reading our conditions.
