1. Do I have to register to use the app?
For the free version, you don't have to register. For the premium version, registration is necessary.
2. Does ARAB FIT App cost anything?There are 2 versions:
- Free version (Basic Features): available free of charge for iOS or Android from the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Premium Version: subject to a fee. Just click on "Premium" for more information.
- Press "My Plan".
- Press the plus sign "+" in the upper right corner.
- Give your plan a name.
- If you want, enter notes for the plan.
- select how many times a week you want to exercise and select the days youwant to exercise.
- Press "Save" to save your information.
- You will return directly to the My Plan page. Your plan is located below.
- Click on your plan and there you will find your saved information:
- ( + ) : means Edit
- at your weekly training, there are notes for the plan
- the 3 points on the left there you can add muscles that you have would like to train.
- Press on the workout and you will be taken to the workout page
- Press the plus sign "+" and there you can do the following:
- Add exercise, Press on each muscle to add the desired exercises.
- Add the sentences, repetitions, rests, and weights directly.
- Press " Start your workout ".
The ARAB FIT App is programmed for smartphones/tablets with Android and iOS operating systems.
4. How can I cancel my Premium Membership?Your membership will continue automatically according to Google and Apple guidelines if you don't cancel it in time at the store.

Android (Samsung, Huawei, Sony, etc.):
Sign in to your account on the Google Play Store and click in the top left corner to open the menu. To cancel your membership, select ARAB FIT from the My Subscriptions submenu. -
IOS (iPhone):
You can cancel your membership directly in your profile. Just go to "Profile" in the ARAB FIT app and click "Manage Membership". Alternatively, you can cancel your membership in the AppStore: Log in to the AppStore with your Apple account and click on the image in the upper right corner to access your account data. Then click your name at the top and scroll down this screen to manage your subscriptions. Now select ARAB FIT to cancel your membership.
Yes, of course. There are only two requirements, which are unfortunately set by Google and Apple.
- A purchase can only be used on devices of the same operating system. So a purchase made with an Android device (Samsung, Huawei, etc.) is only available on other Android devices. A product purchased with an iPhone is only available on other iOS devices. It is not possible to make purchases with you on the other operating system.
- You must have the same Google account or iTunes (Apple) account on the new device with which you purchased ARAB FIT.
Don't worry, your purchases don't just disappear. You should know that your purchases are tied to your Google or iTunes account, not just your ARAB FIT account. If you don't have access to your purchased content, please check the following:
- iOS (iPhone): In the ARAB FIT app, go to the "Settings" submenu and click the "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom. If you still don't have access to your data, please contact our support with a screenshot of your Apple purchase confirmation and your username.
- Android (Samsung, Huawei, Sony, OnePlus, etc.): Are you logged in with the same Google account you used to purchase ARAB FIT content? Then please check in your menu whether you have downloaded and activated the desired exercises. If they are not available despite a verifiable purchase, please send us a screenshot of the Google order confirmation and your username. We will take care of the clarification as soon as possible.
Your profile data will remain accessible, but your purchases will not be transferred. Due to Apple and Google specifications, we are not allowed to transfer purchases between the two platforms. This is stated in the respective guidelines and is accepted by every user when making a purchase. This means that we cannot transfer a premium profile.
We don't think that's great at all, but our hands are tied. We are very sorry about that, and we ask for your understanding.
8. How do I delete my account?Too bad you want to leave us! Please send us an e-mail from the address with which you registered with us to info@arab.fit so that we can delete any stored data from you.
It would help us a lot if you could tell us the reasons for your withdrawal. Any kind of criticism is worth its weight in gold for us and helps us to further develop the app in the interests of our customers.
